Shipping policy
Every order in our store is printed on demand, so delivery time has two parts: making your item, then shipping it.

Tracking. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Multiple items. Items may be printed at different facilities, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your items and address.
Where we ship. Checkout lists the countries we ship to. International orders can take longer and may owe import taxes or duties, which the buyer pays.
Holidays. Production slows during the holiday season. We'll post the last day to order for delivery by December 25 on our homepage.
Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you don't have the package, email worldcupcrafts@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement if it can't be found. Please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first.
