Refund policy

Every item in our store is printed just for you after you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll make it right. If your order arrives with a printing error, a flaw, or damage, or it isn't what you ordered, email worldcupcrafts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the problem, and of the label if it's the wrong size or item

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Cancellations. Orders go into production quickly. We can cancel for a full refund if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, the order may already be printing and can't be changed.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you pay the shipping cost again.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
